Basically I just want to hide one of my shops from my profile, but still allow the others to be displayed. Is that possible?

Short answer, no - or at least not simply.

You could make your own section, add in the images for the shop (red) or gallery (green) with links to the shops. So basically instead of removing a single shop, you are adding all shops except one.

The shops do have ids like "" so you could just add something like " {display:none}" to hide that shop^^ Or whichever number the shop you want to hide has^^
